Our offshore development unit is located in Pune, India and almost all projects are executed here. Even though your base will be Pune, you may be required to visit Japan from time to time for onsite work. As a matter of Company policy, we try to give such onsite opportunities to each member of our technical team so that they can experience the Japanese work culture, learn from them and try and imbibe the same spirit in our Indian work culture.
