Our offshore development unit is located in Pune, India and almost all projects are executed here. Even though your base will be Pune, you may be required to visit Japan from time to time for onsite work. As a matter of Company policy, we try to give such onsite opportunities to each member of our technical team so that they can experience the Japanese work culture, learn from them and try and imbibe the same spirit in our Indian work culture. JAPAN:
For positions in Japan, we are presently looking for people with a very specific set of skills, fluency in the Japanese language being one of them, and you will be required to stay in Japan for long periods of time. Please note that candidates who are not fluent in business and technical Japanese cannot be considered for a position in Japan.
