Shilpa Vyapari
Founder & CTO

Shilpa is the Founder and CTO of Indicus Software. Carrying with her an ever growing desire to deliver the best, Shilpa has come a long way since she first set foot in the Land of the Rising Sun in 1992. She was the first and youngest lady entrepreneur from India to start her own software development firm in Japan back in December 1997, an achievement which not many people are aware of and a distinction she continues to hold even today.

With more than 18 years of experience in the field of information technology, Shilpa leads the technological direction of the Company. She is based at the Tokyo branch office of Indicus Software.

Sameer Joshi
Chief Executive Officer

Sameer Joshi took charge as the CEO of Indicus Software in August 2011. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune, a Master's Degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai and a MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, Los Angeles, USA.

Sameer has more than 16 years of global experience in engineering, information technology and business and specialises in program management, process engineering, business development, strategic planning, product management, requirement analysis, engineering, human resources, etc. He is based at the Pune headquarters of Indicus Software.

Aniruddha Mallik
Chief Operations Officer 

With a background in economics and marketing, Aniruddha has been heading operations at Indicus Software since December 2000. He is based at the Tokyo branch office of Indicus Software and is involved in a broad range of functions of the Company.

Aniruddha specialises in human resources, IT infrastructure, information security, administration, emerging technology, creative design, product conceptualisation, open source technologies, public relations, social media, coaching & mentoring, training & development, etc.
